Welcome to Hanoi Tower Homepage

Download HTower 1.1

HTower is a Pocket PC version of a game I made when I was a kid, back in '93. It is also a Pocket PC version of the famous Indian game (The Towers of Hanoi), which, according to the story, should be played with golden discs and brilliant axes, or vice versa.

You can put a smaller number on a bigger one or in the empty column, by holding & dragging top pieces with the stylus. The goal is to move the pieces 1-8 from the left column to another one (middle or right).  This, at best, can be done in 255 moves. Enjoy!

This program is freeware.
Release date: 28/01/02.

Please send bug reports, ideas for future freeware game releases, etc to Pavel (boss@bugpower.co.il).

Freeware Notice

I'm a strong believer in freeware concept. CEZebra was my biggest Pocket PC game project, and it's a freeware, For me, having fantastic reviews and 10K happy users (as it was in the case of CEZebra) is a much greater pleasure than a few K bucks. I have a lot of great software ideas for Pocket PC, and I would like to hear yours to implement. I would like to make them freeware, too. (If I can afford it).

However, it's hard to make a living from this kind of a concept, so I decided to give You an opportunity to register this fully-functional freeware game (HTower), for price as low as $10 - in order to support future freeware development here. If you'd like to register (You'll also get a copy registered to you), please contact me at boss@bugpower.co.il.
